News: 1-month Paramount+ free trial for British Airways elite members, Shop Small starts today

News in brief:
Get a one month free trial of Paramount+
British Airways has launched a special offer for Bronze, Silver and Gold members of Executive Club.
To promote the addition of various Paramount+ programmes to BA’s inflight entertainment system, including Star Trek, elite members in selected countries can receive a one month free trial of Paramount+.
This is a sharp improvement on the standard free trial of just a week.
Bronze, Silver and Gold members of the Executive Club need to look out for an upcoming email from British Airways which will include details of how to claim your free trial.
If you don’t have elite status, pop into your nearest corner shop. You may find a few packs of Wotsits or other Walkers products from a promotion run a couple of months ago, which also offered a free month in return for buying just one bag. The codes on the crisp packets can still be redeemed until 31st December.
Shop Small starts today
A quick reminder that American Express Shop Small starts today and runs until 12th December.
You will receive a £5 statement credit when you spend £15 or more at a participating small retailers, up to a maximum of £25 cashback per card. This is for instore payments only – online retailers do not take part in Shop Small.
You MUST register your American Express card in advance via the Amex app or website. You will see Shop Small under the ‘Offers’ tab. You will also find a link there to the Shop Small map, although this is notoriously useless – both in terms of not listing shops which are taking part, and listing some which are closed down.
