Hilton has extended its ‘3 for 2’ offer for its most luxurious hotels by another year to 31st March 2024.  Even better, this offer comes with the extra benefits that come via Hilton’s Impresario scheme for luxury travel agents.

The offer has been extended from Europe, the Middle East and Asia to selected hotels in North America, although many of those are less attractive ‘4th night free’ deals.

You CANNOT book this offer on the Hilton website. You need to use a travel agent which can access Impresario benefits – details of our partner are below.

  • Olly says:

How far out do rooms get released? Looking at WA Berlin, looks like it’s only booking up until Feb 2024 currently

    • NorthernLass says:

It depends on the hotel these days, some only release 10 months out now.

Also Rob, ‘impresario’ has one ‘s’ – it’s even on the logo!

  • Pointofview says:

If booking under this scheme do you still get Hilton night credits and points as if you were using the Hilton app?
I’m a diamond member too so would the hotel still acknowledge my status?
Thank you in advance for any more info 🙂

  • Sonicoid says:

We have 7 nights cancelable booked at the conrad chia laguna. Can we ask Emir to book 3 nights plus 4 nights and get 2 free? Also, if so are they likely to kick us out at 11am and make us check back in at 3pm between stays?
    Thanks

    • Benilyn says:

Very unlikely they will kick you out. Assuming same room cat they’ll just roll it over

    • TGLoyalty says:

      Usually these offers stack anyway

So it’s 6 for 4 or 6 for 8 etc no need to split bookings.

So you can book 7 and get 2 free.

  • Jub1 says:

The 4 4 3 rates for the US hotels (haven’t tried non US hotels) are bookable direct through Hilton. The pro code is PBBOG1 with rate described as “Lrm Extra Night”. Direct booking doesn’t get the Impresario benefits although with HH status the Impresario benefit is negligible.

    • tony says:

Hmmm – surely that’s debatable given HH gold in the US now get a $25 F&B credit (so enough for a couple of glasses of OJ) rather than full breakfast and you’re also passing up the $100 room credit.

      • Jub1 says:

Agreed “negligible” was the wrong word, “less important” would have been a better phrase.

  • Dan says:

E-mailed Emyr about Conrad and WA Beijing, neither available on the dates I wanted in July on the offer. Seems there are quite significant blackout dates that apply 🙁

    • Emyr says:

      Hi Dan,

Sorry the offer wasn’t available for your specific dates – happy to check other dates for you if you send me another email.

Of all the requests I’ve had today (there have been many!) Beijing is the only destination that has had blackouts.

      Many thanks, Emyr

  • Aston100 says:

Seem to have listed the Conrad Istanbul under Europe and also under Middle East and Turkey

  • Vit says:

Thanks Rob. I am looking for 5-6 nights in Tokyo later this year and I think this is no-no but worth asking. Can this booking be 6 nights (2 x 3-4-2) but book in a set of 5 nights and 1 night? I expect a no but at least I asked. 🙂

    • Rob says:

You need to ask Emyr but unlikely – he can submit a request to the hotel though.

  • Aron says:

    Is WA Amsterdam not included?
