IT’S BACK! Hilton has extended its popular ‘3 for 2’ and ‘4 for 3’ offer for its most luxurious hotels by another year to 31st March 2025.

Even better, this offer comes with extra benefits via Hilton’s Impresario scheme for luxury travel agents.

The bad news for 2024/25 is that many hotels have moved away from ‘3 for 2’ and are offering ‘4 for 3’ instead. There are also a handful of Conrad, LXR and Waldorf Astoria hotels which are not participating at all in free nights, although you can still get the other Impressario benefits. It’s not all one way traffic though, with a few moving down from ‘4 for 3’ to ‘3 for 2’.

You CANNOT book this offer on the Hilton website. You need to use a travel agent which can access Impresario benefits – details of our partner are below.

Hilton Impresario benefits

The offers are valid for stays booked and completed by 31st March 2025.

You CANNOT book this offer via the Hilton website – you need to use a ‘preferred partner’ travel agent, which includes our hotel booking partner Emyr Thomas at Bon Vivant.

You will also receive additional Hilton Impresario benefits.  These are:

  • Complimentary breakfast for two
  • $100 equivalent food & beverage credit
  • Double Hilton Honors points
  • One category upgrade, early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability

You can contact Emyr via the form on this page of Head for PointsYou pay the same rate as the Best Flexible Rate shown on hilton.com, adjusted for ‘3 for 2’ or ‘4 for 3’, and you pay at check-out as usual. If you are a Hilton Honors member, you will pay the lower Best Flexible Member rate.

All bookings are fully cancellable on the usual ‘Best Flexible Rate’ terms for that property.

For clarity, all bookings earn Hilton Honors points and elite night credit, and your elite benefits will also apply.

How to earn Hilton Honors points and status from UK credit cards

How to earn Hilton Honors points and status from UK credit cards (October 2024)

There are various ways of earning Hilton Honors points from UK credit and debit cards.  Many cards also have generous sign-up bonuses.

There are two dedicated Hilton Honors debit cards. These are especially attractive when spending abroad due to the 0% or 0.5% FX fee, depending on card.

You also receive FREE Hilton Honors status for as long as you hold the debit cards – Gold status with the Plus card and Silver status with the basic card. This is a great reason to apply even if you rarely use it.

We reviewed the Hilton Honors Plus Debit Card here and the Hilton Honors Debit Card here.

You can apply for either card here.

There is another way of getting Hilton Honors status, and earning Hilton Honors points, from a payment card.

Holders of The Platinum Card from American Express receive FREE Hilton Honors Gold status for as long as they hold the card.  It also comes with Marriott Bonvoy Gold, Radisson Rewards Premium and MeliaRewards Gold status.

We reviewed American Express Platinum in detail here and you can apply here.

  • Gordon says:

It would be interesting to see how the rates for these properties compared before this offer was announced, has anyone already booked one of these properties for comparison!

    • phantomchickenz says:

It’s an extension of an offer that has already been running for at least a couple of years

    • Rob says:

Offer started in 2021 so not sure where you’d get that data!

    • Andy says:

I check routinely (expecting some form of deal to continue) for a stay in April. In my case (WA Palm Jumeirah), the rate was firm at 2050AED/night for ages (weeks if not month or so), and then I noticed a softening of the rate and asked Emyr to book. The rate Emyr came back with was even better because of the 4-4-3. In my case, it’s a deal ans not the usual smoke and mirrors you see in sales (and as always, Emyr is super-easy to work with)

  • Fil says:

Offer condition state double points. I am wondering if Diamond bonus is also applied (and other promos in fact). If not as far as points are concerned you get same points as booking directly with Hilton.
Also if you book directly you can choose advance rate that is lower. I checked Conrad Bali. 443 price is only 6% lower than direct booking at advance rate. Still better, specially if you take into account 100 USD credit, but not as great as it looks initially.

    • dundj says:

You do receive the diamond bonus as well. In relation to the price the rate on the Impresario booking would also be fully flexible rather than non-cancellable.

    • BBbetter says:

Base points are doubled, not elite bonuses. But you get elite bonuses on top, so will always be higher than what you get directly from Hilton.
Almost every such hotel offer will be less of a deal compared with advance rates, so no surprise there.

    • Kpworldtravels says:

      Double points on base only

    • BA Flyer IHG Stayer says:

You can almost always get a better rate than Emyr’s BUT that’s often at the price of the lower rate being non refundable.

If you aren’t happy with non refundable rates then Emyr’s rates can be good value but as always do the maths on what works for you.

  • Harry T says:

The first line feels very excitable for a fairly modest ongoing deal 😂 Marriott does this stuff a fair bit with STARS but we don’t get the same energy from HFP!

    • Rob says:

They should send us their stuff!

    • Kpworldtravels says:

Requires a bit of digging with Marriott Stars. It’s much easier to find with Hilton and Hyatt

  • Michael C says:

Does anyone have any first-/second-hand reports on the Conrad Orlando?
I was looking forward to considering it for next trip, but the early reviews make grim reading!

  • phantomchickenz says:

I don’t understand the significance of listing hotels that have “no offer”. Is it just highlighting that the destination has a luxury Hilton, but isn’t participating in the offer?

    • Rob says:

You get the other benefits ($100, double points etc) but no free night.

  • Jake says:

Does Amex Plat Fine hotels and resorts count as a suitable booking agent? I presume not but just wondering.

And yes, I know it’s lazy I could check but a quick Yes or No would be ideal … 🙂

    • Kpworldtravels says:

FHR is a separate program and they have their own deals.
Often they are the same but not always

    • Kevin C says:

You don’t get double hilton points on FHR deals. You do get a guaranteed 4pm check out.

A lot of these hotels will also be part of the Virtuoso programme which is a bit different again but the travel agents will have access to that.

  • Matt says:

Do/can you also get diamond upgrade on top of the Impresario one category upgrade? Just wondering if they will just count that as your “upgrade” for both?

    • Kpworldtravels says:

Both programs/benefits stack but that does not necessarily mean you will get a double upgrade.

    • blenz101 says:

As always with ‘subject to availability’ you are at the mercy of the hotel.

Should generally expect to be treated well outside of the Americas though as a rule.

      • Kpworldtravels says:

Yeah but this where a good travel agent makes a difference. They will usually push the hotel for that upgrade. Otherwise you will definitely be at the mercy of the hotel

  • BJ says:

Anybody know if the Hilton Premium/Dining Club in Thailand/Asia is still a thing?
