British Airways launches a new route to Jeddah

British Airways is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia with a new service to Jeddah.

Flights will operate four times per week and will use a Boeing 787.

The service launches on 4th November.

Here’s the small print:

  • Flights will operate outbound on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, with the return operating the following day
  • They will operate from Terminal 5 at Heathrow
  • Flights will leave Heathrow at 20.10 and arrive in Jeddah at 05.30
  • The return will leave Jeddah at 07.55 and land at Heathrow at 11.45
  • It is a four class service so First will be available

There are no changes to the existing service to Riyadh.

    Finally.

    Just f.y.i, wizz air arrives in the old international terminal on the other side of the airport, this flight will land in the new terminal.

    Important to keep in mind if you intend to transfer onto the train (which is in the new airport, 30 mins in traffic – 15 without)
