So the flight appears normally in the bookings section but you get zero TPs and avios for the return leg once you’ve flown it?
In the your account transactions section on the app/website what shows there?
Is the flights listed there at all with a description something like “no points awarded” or “ineligible flight” ? If so what does it say when you click on that for more details?
There should be a line that says “Class : Euro traveller” followed by a letter. What letter shows there? If there is any extra text what does it say?
It’s possible you’re on a fare class where TPs aren’t awarded as part of that corporate contract.
