IIRC, OP is going to be in T4 with luggage so speaking to BA staff in T5 may present some logistical issues. Presumably also not exactly bright-eyed and bushy-tailed if recently arrived off an overnighter from LAX! I’d be tempted to try and rebook from LHR tomorrow and see if the T4 HIE is available on points or a reasonable amount of cash.
