It’s a bit poor customer services but on another boost (50k and 5k bonus or so) made 5 mins after the transaction above, the bonus went through just fine.

Also just to note that in the case of my transactions, the email confirmation on #1 doesn’t even show the 10% bonus, where for transaction #2 it does.

At least I’m not in this boat on my own. If you get anywhere or get the extra 10pc can you let me know on here and I’ll do the same.
