Just reading about the access changes coming in 2025 to Delta Sky Clubs, including Amex Plat access. Plat cardholders limited to 6 visits per year.
I know that the Centurion entry restrictions were limited to US-issued Plat cards. Anyone care to hazard a guess as to whether this Sky Club access limitation will similarly apply only to US-issued Plat cards?
I guess it all depends on whether the Delta loung agent swipes the Plat card or just looks at it. If swiping, then presumably a UK-issued Plat wouldn’t show a limit on visits, whilst a US-issued one would show remaining visits.
They’ll have to do something more than look at it if they’re tracking visit numbers. Still who knows whether computer will say no or not – 2025 problem !
