Phone agents handle this type of itinerary all the time. Just phone.
If you’re happy to book with AA if can load the ITA Matrix add-on and then send the whole thing directly to AA and book with them. For bookings with more flights I find the German site works the best, but then it’s priced in Euro which may not suit you.
Assuming it’s a fair way off, 60/90 day advance purchase, AA will make timetable changes and you’ll need to call to adjust to what you need anyway.
