I am aware it would be two separate bookings. I’d allow a couple of nights in LAX/SFO both ways. I guess the question is in 2 parts. 1. Tagging on a partner reward chart itinerary to a 241, did it work out OK? 2. Booking a multi-partner award booking with those Airlines for those origins and destinations, was it easy to get availability, what were the taxes and anything else worth knowing.
As these would be separate bookings nothing is ‘tagged on’.
The 2-4-1 flight to the US is totally disconnected to the flight to NZ.
