@Pixiedust1 – don’t worry about that endorsement, it’s totally standard and means literally what it says – you can’t get a cash refund for your ticket – it needs to be refunded in Avios or to a credit card etc.
That endorsement is something of a throwback to the olden days when it was possible to get a refund in cash for tickets very easily, so travel agents/corporate agents endorsed tickets to stop passengers cashing in company paid tickets. It’s stuck because now refunds should only be made the the original payer and method of payment.
I would pursue BA for the refund again before going down the chargeback route but if you ultimately have to, the time limit is 120 days.
