100k Barclays Avios offer eligibility

I’ve read all the articles and I’m stil struggling to understand how the 100k offer applies to me.

I currently hold Barclays Premier with Avios Rewards enabled, and the free Barclaycard Avios credit card.

1. In theory, am I eligible for the 100k bonus if I change from the free card to Barclaycard Avios Plus?

2. In practice, I don’t see any options in the app under ‘Change Your Card’ – is this normal? I’ve held the free Avios card since March and I previously closed the Rewards credit card over a year ago.

You may not be eligible for a sign up bonus (which I think this offer will tag itself under) as you held either products within 2 years.
