Hi, if I book a 2 for 1 booking for two passengers, can i then cancel 1 passenger and change the use of voucher for a solo passenger I.e. half miles refunded, or do I need to cancel entire booking and start again?

This is factually incorrect, but does require a competent agent (I have done this through YouFirst).
The PNR (in fact any PNR) can be split, then both bookings will need to go to the back office to refund the Avios on one booking and the taxes on the booking which will be cancelled.
