300,000 Avios competition error

I’m logging out before clicking register…I then get sent to login page page, login, and get this message

“There was a problem with your request, please try again later.”

Anyone else? Tried over several days. Same each time.

I finally got an explanation of sorts from the Executive Club contact centre. They can see that I have successfully registered for the competition on their side, despite the error message showing up every time I’ve tried.

The gentleman assured me that they have had a lot of complaints and that in 99% of cases, the customer had in fact successfully registered. It seems that the error shows up even if you register successfully, so while it has wasted everyone’s time, hopefully we are all in with a chance (or 10) of winning.
