Recently was approved for Platinum card and made my dad my free supplementary holder.
Do I add his card to my Amex app, or does all spending show up on my card? I.e. do I have to add 2 cards to the app, or just my own?

Side note – his arrived before mine, strangely enough.
All the spending will show on your account but I think someone has posted here that they were able to add a supp to their main account. I always add sups I hold to my own account but I don’t know if you have to be the primary card holder of at least one Amex to be able to do this.
He can use the app and create an account separately from you and can see only his transactions
You will see both yours and his on your account vis transactions
He doesn’t need to do anything as all the spending will show up on your account with his name under each entry.
Of course if he is going to be paying you back what he spends, then he should make his own account (or you do it for him) so he can see his transactions.
The other reason to make his own account is so that he gets his own offers, most of the time will be the same as the main card so you effectively get them twice.
