Amex Insurance centre not loading

Just wondered if anyone else is having problems trying to get into the Amex Plat insurance centre. It fails every time for me; need to get a certificate for upcoming travel, so will use live chat shorty, but thought I’d ask if it was a wider problem than just me.

I’ve often had problems with it, try a different browser, clearing cookies etc., sometimes it helps, but there are parts that I’ve never been able to get to work, it’s a poor website, which matches the service from AXA.
