AMS to SIN on KLM with Virgin points

Everytime I try to find flights on virgin website with KLM, I get 404 error, or it says we can’t find any flights.

There are flights showing on KlM flying blue website.

If I call virgin, will they find this flight and how many points will it cost?

The Virgin site isn’t showing any KLM flights

I found a flight on March 24 AMS-SIN via the virgin app. Maybe the app is better? Alternatively, you try the delta site for availability.
