Internal Server Error Received from IAGL API CLAIMS – postClaim. Please Refer Response Code and Description for more details in server log.
I got this message will trying to go through their points claim form.

@seki – Just contact BA via the addresses given to you on your original thread and give them the details of the error message why you cannot go through the website claims.
The BA website is pants at the best of times.

Ive got the same thing. How did you resolve in the end?
@davefl I think it’s about time you took one for the team and got a job at BA.
I’m sorry it’s reached this point but there is not other way for us.
Lol @Froggee. Not a cat’s chance. I’ve called time on my 37 year IT career just because of this kind of incompetence.
Outsource everything because it’s “cheaper” and then suffer dreadful service but hey… we get money back in penalties unless the outsourcer wriggles out of it. Customer doesn’t matter etc… Corporate IT is just a blame/pass the buck game.
Thankfully I’ll never have to see or be part of another “Service Level Agreement” again.
I’ll stop ranting now.
