Just got back from YYZ (Toronto) to LHR on the 1805-0605 Flight. Was seated in the last row on world traveller plus (PE) on an E fare bucket of around £2500 return, with a completely inoperable recline.
The flight was full and no other seats available in PE or Business to move to.
What would be people’s expectation of reasonable compensation? I’ve previously received 15k avios for no IFE last year.
Not sure if is has any bearing, but I’m BA gold and fly this route 2/3 times every month.
Thanks for your help!
