Hello all
I’m flying to Cyprus on Monday on a v short biz trip and I’m booked in economy. I see there’s an offer to upgrade my return leg for £246 but is it a real bargain?
Generally the cost to upgrade on flights to Rome/Naples where I often fly to is about £130 online but then it’s a bit cheaper at the airport (not always) so I was wondering whether it was worth it?
I get more tier points too I guess?
Thanks for any tips
£246 seems like a fare difference rather than a POUG – FT’s thread (https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/british-airways-executive-club/2068071-pro-active-online-upgrade-poug-tracking-discussion-2022-thread.html) has recent POUGs for LCA at £79-99.
Didn’t know that thread… but those prices were from March 2020. March 2022 LCA-LHR was €293… mmmm maybe worth asking at the check-in desk on departure day.
