I took out an annual Explorer Avios subscription last year to take advantage of the discount offered at the time.
I’d like to cancel it before it auto-renews, but its not obvious how to go about this – any pointers please?
There’s a thread about this from a few weeks back, I can’t remember if the OP resolved it though!
Yes they did.
They logged into the BA shopping portal.
They clicked on their name at the top right.
They then clicked on my subscription.
They then changed the toggle where it says “ Subscription auto-renewal” to off.

Sorry for off topic. If you don’t cancel you’ll still be charged that promotional rate of £1798 (from my weak memory) for annual subscription. Not a current rate of nearly £2k.
