BA Avios App – What to do after ‘missing avios form’ is ignored?

Hi

I’ve been fairly patient with the avios app but have lots of pending avios in there. For example I have one from Hilton from March, one from Amtler from April etc
I’ve filled in a missing avios form about a month ago but heard nothing.
What is the next stage of escalation please?

Try emailing cs.baec-aviosstore@collinsongroup.com and be prepared to wait.

To set your expectation, I was ignored for around 11 months and then chased to be told my claim was invalid because the link had tracked the day before and not the day of the transaction posting.🤷‍♂️
