Is it me? Am I the only person confused as to what number to use to call BA for a given reason for example booking amendment, Exec Club etc. I of course get their in the end but never sure what number is best to call on. Logging into the BA Exec club site is supposed to provide numbers relevant to your level (Silver in my case) but other than the Exec club number the booking number provided was not able to help with an Avios booking without transferring me.

I call the Executive Club, listen to the menu prompts and select the correct one.
The only confusion I ever had was it should be the cash booking team to upgrade a cash ticket with Avios which seemed a bit counterintuitive but I got there. That was the only time out of many, many calls that I had a fail.
