advice please… I was gifted gold status last year… my account a couple of days ago said card end date 31 dec 2024.. my tier points which I had 400 ( no were near enough to renew gold ) expired nov 7 .. current tier points balance 0

today I had an email from BA to say my gold status is now been extended until dec 2025 and my tier point end date is now mar 25

im very happy indeed to have status for another year, just confused why I have another year when it should of expired next month

advise appreciated , ba won’t take away will they

That is confusing because everyone’s status should run from April to April from next year! What does it say on your digital membership card (e.g. my collection year was previously August, but my “virtual” gold card now says “valid until 30 April 2026”.

My card also just reset. And also says Dec 25 on both virtual card and dashboard 🤷

yes on dashboard and virtual card both says dec 2025 , very confused as I thought it was going to exp next month as I didn’t earn enough tier points to keep it

They have only just ran the 8th November account year ends.

They have yet to run the bots for the “new” year for these accounts and won’t for another 2 weeks or so.

Hi so does that mean they will be changing my membership year end back to 2024

They have already moved the date to 31 Dec 2025 which makes no sense

    Worried they will change back

so my digital card says my card expiry date is dec 2025, my app says dec 25 , however if I log onto ba on the desktop its saying my card exp try date is dec2024

    which Is correct ?

needing to know if ill be gold next year or not before booking some flights
