BA On Business – what’s happening?

Any idea what is wrong with BA On Business site as it appears to have been down for several months!

Well they got hacked, but it does seem along time to repair and rebuild

Today’s update by email was an encouraging noise suggesting that if I add my OB number at the time of booking, I’ll get my points (implication being retro-claim is still broken). Also points expiry now into mid-2024.

I’ll wait till things are fixed and submit the mother of all retro-claims.

Since there are no statements, it’s hard to tell if all flights are crediting. I’m sure I’m missing some, but not sure which ones. At least the balance is growing. I might actually earn for long-haul ticket in business if they continue extending.
