Forums Frequent flyer programs British Airways Club BA peak/off-peak calendar

Does anyone know if the 2025 BA peak/off-peak calendar is available yet? I can see that HfP released the 2024 dates, but I’d love to know the dates for Easter 2025.

It could be any time between now and June! A reader posted a few weeks ago that BA can “see” the dates and might tell you if you call them.

It’s usually about 3/4 weeks around the Easter school holiday dates, with Tuesdays and the occasional Wednesday remaining as off-peak. As Easter is quite late next year, I would think most of April is going to be peak.

I called BA but he said he wasn’t able to tell me what dates would be peak and off peak this far out. That’s frustrating!

If you can travel on Tuesdays (and have fast fingers and/or some flexibility), you are pretty much guaranteed to get off-peak pricing.

I am having a similar dilemma. We have a 3 week trip planned for March 2025 but the return date will be the last week in March and I am wondering if this will fall in BA’s peak period. (Virgin’s peak calendar is even wider than BA’s so that date would almost certainly be peak on VS).

@NorthernLass Your Avios balance keeps flowing nonstop like a tap 😀

IB is available up until Dec 2025!! So wonder whats taking BA so long.

It does however mixing and matching with Virgin points makes it go further! However I will have to do some serious replenishing when the Covid stash finally runs out.

The peak/off peak calendar has always been very, very, low down on BA’s list of priorities.

Don’t forget you can see which dates are peak by doing a dummy booking – it will show you the latest date available to book plus a couple of days afterwards, so it is possible to get a bit of a heads up without the actual calendar.

So, if March 1st is the latest date you can book, a dummy booking will also show you the 2nd, 3rd and 4th, just greyed out.
