Same issue as others – tried to use online for three separate transactions at different retailers; it says everytime to enter the authorisation code sent to email or mobile number but no codes are sent.
The FAQs are silent when it comes to online transactions.

My issue was fixed following a Chat with customer services. Use the chat function in the app. On Android it’s in the left side menu
