BAPP Amex card 2-4-1 voucher issuing and refund

I just hit the 10k spend and got the yesterday in my BA account , I am expecTIng a refund next week which will take me under the 10k spend , I know the points earned will be removed, however what happens about the 2-4-1 voucher
