    Hi Does anyone know the best email/ person to send a detailed complaint to BA on please ? I can use the generic template but that takes ages and given I experienced my worst flight ever with BA my wife travelling to from USA this last week with my wife I wanted to ensure someone responds and takes the complaint seriously ! Thank you

    I’ve just filled in the form @Jacob has posted the link to and it took 10 minutes at most, even though I had 3 separate areas of complaint.

    I’m not sure what BA can do about a bad experience travelling with your wife.

    Perhaps take someone else’s wife with you next time?
