I already had one voucher from when I had the credit card. I cancelled the card about 6-8 months ago. Now I can see another voucher was given in October so I have 2 valid ones.
Is this a bonus or will this be picked up when I call to book? Also, we are a family of 4 so can I book for all 4 of us or will it only allow it if I travel so I can only use it if I travel twice?
Sometimes odd things happen with the vouchers, but it’s very odd that you’ve had one AFTER cancelling the card. Are you absolutely sure it was actually cancelled (though you would think it would be apparent as they would charge you another annual fee if the card was still active)?
If the voucher is in your account, however, you should have no issues using 2 of them to book for 4 of you, if you can find award seats at a reasonable price!

Yes it was cancelled and I haven’t spent anything on it. Thanks for confirming I can book seats for all 4 of us.
