Booking BA avios ticket using Barclays upgrade voucher x2

Me and my wife have the Barclays upgrade voucher and wish to use it on some flights to the US in business

Can we use both vouchers on the 1 booking if we call up ? Or will they insist in making 2 bookings

Ideally would like to be on the 1 booking in the hope of sitting together and also to prevent 1 of us being bumped (not saying this would happen but…)

We have a household account
