In Feb 2024, HfP, announced Amex sign up points offers of 120K and 60K for Platinum and Gold cards respectively. I took up their offer and received the initial 40K points on my Gold card. The 20K points balance being payable for any spend during months 14-17. That being Apr-Jun 25 as my card went live in Feb 24.
As I have now had spend in April I asked Amex when the 20K would be awarded. What 20k was the reply!
After 30min on chat, ‘support’ could find no information about such an offer! An investigation is now in hand.
