Trying to buy points with the recent promotion. the redirect from my account doesnt work well so tried the direct link from the HfP article. tries to get you to login to points.com but it wont take my credentials which I know are correct as I use them to login to IHG both in app and on the website.
has anyone experienced similar issues? I tried customer support via chat but it was fairly hopeless (try clear browser cache / try again in 3hrs / call).
any experience?

started working this morning. I am putting it down to changing my password and the points.com integration only doing some kind of daily or nightly sync of this info. Otherwise my support case meant something happened in the background. thanks for the TBC US tip. will look into that.
