Can I upgrade from WTP to CW using Avios if ticket is part of a cruise ?

Traveling back from Buenos Aires to London after a cruise. The BA flight is included as part of the cruise. Can I use Avios to upgrade the ticket from WTP to CW if available?

Likely not as it’s most probably some kind of bulk / inclusive tour fare and they arent able to be upgraded. However it’s worth enquiring anyway in case it can be done

May be possible – travel agent tickets can be done although it often requires a call. Issue is that your ticket may not have been allocated to you yet although if you have a booking reference it will be possible.
