In the past when I’ve wanted to change the frequent flyer number away from BA to another programme I’ve just done it via Finnair using my booking code and surname, however this no longer seems to work for me – it simply says that the booking can’t be found. I found this post from earlier this year which suggests that you can also do it on Royal Jordanian’s website, but whilst this does show my booking there seems to be no way of switching the frequent flyer programme nor number.
Do I now need to call BA instead?
Use Royal Air Maroc, or send BA a twitter DM and they’ll do it without you needing to stay on hold.
