Combine Avios is currently unavailable

We are sorry, moving Avios from British Airways Executive Club to Nectar is currently unavailable.

You can still move your points from Nectar to British Airways Executive Club as normal.

Anyone getting this error but still not able to go Nectar > Avios only the opposite direction?

I have now called BA six times and been cut off within 30 seconds of getting through every single time.
