Unfortunately due to a very poorly pooch we have had to cancel our trip to the IC Cascais-Estoril this weekend. We used the Confirmable Suite Upgrade Voucher to upgrade a Rewards booking. Does anyone have any experience in how quickly the voucher gets returned to your account following a cancellation?
