Does anyone have the direct dial for the UK Amex team in Brighton? I want to discuss a potential complaint and don’t want to go through the hassle of speaking to an overseas call centre first. Thanks
When you call the number on the back of your card, either say what the issue is or just keep saying “representative” at the voice prompts. Once you get through to someone, just ask if they’re in the UK/Brighton. If they say no, ask to be connected to someone in Brighton. Just stay polite but firm if they say they can help and ask what you are calling about. I don’t even start explaining anything, I just say “No thank you. Please can you connect me to a UK-based rep please”. They always do.
