    Apologies if it has been answered already. Is there a cooling off period for a Companion redemption within 24 hours of booking? ie. £35 cancellation fee per person kicks in 24 hours after the time of booking.

    There is, but depending on the date you booked to travel, you may have to call BA to cancel, which could well take longer than 24 hours …
