Credit card voucher

I have just got my first credit card voucher. Can someone please tell me where I find it?.

@ja you do not get a physical voucher in your Virgin Atlantic account.

You have to telephone Virgin directly to redeem your voucher which will either be worth 75K/150K points dependent on your tier level.

I’m sure @NorthernLass can provide further clarity. However, there are a few threads on here that cover this. Check out the Virgin Atlantic section of the forums and have a browse.

You should be able to see it for reassurance only in the web browser version of your Flying Club account. You won’t see it in the app. But to use it is phone only as per above post

You can see it under vouchers when logged in VS website. Or find Rewards Lounge in your creditcard app where it should show too.

I did not know this! Just checked in the app and can’t see my current voucher but – OMG there is a spend tracker!! How long has that been there 😂

Appeared in mid 2024 IIRC. Was useful when I raced towards my spend target ahead of the 31/10/24 dynamic pricing introduction.
