Looking for domestic flight from JFK/LGA to DEN this summer. Delta flies there and shows plenty of reward availability with different points required for different days on its own website. How does one determine which seats VA Flying club has access to before to ringing to book?

Anything at a saver level, typically marked Lowest so 17500 skymiles on that route.
