Double TP Flight and hotel offer

I would like to have 5 days with hotel from lon-dxb in CW in September. I have not seen any option to use my 2-4-1 voucher (expiry Oct 23) or my Barclays voucher. Is this possible with the double TP sales or are they only a cash offer only

(or theoretically any TP earning flight)
