Thinking ahead here, any recommendations for hotels for the fireworks in Dubai? Very early stages of my research. Palm Atlantis is an obvious one I guess but quite a busy place.

Happy to hear thoughts and experiences, hotel or non hotel in Dubai for the fireworks.

    Ritz Carlton is superb.

Thanks, good views from the room? Or from the hotel grounds?

St Regis Palm location looks decent, pool looks cool but it will probably be v busy.

If you don’t want to pay silly money, look at InterCon / Crowne Plaza Festival City where we spent NYE 2020.

The outdoor pool deck, 15 stories or so up the building, is opened up. From there, you get the Festival City display exploding literally in front of your face plus, behind it, the main Burj Khalifa display.

    Here’s a video I posted at the time: https://www.facebook.com/headforpoints/videos/happy-new-year-from-dubai-rob/3580375371999705/
