Free supplementary cards for Amex Green Charge Card

I was wondering if anyone knows how many free supplementary card holders can be added to the now-discontinued Amex Green Charge Card?

Here it mentions the first 2 Supplementary Cards are free

Yes, I have two free supplementary Green charge cards for the wife and daughter, but have no idea if I’d be charged if I went back for a third.
