Forums Payment cards Capital on Tap Getting a receipt for the £99 annual fee

Does anyone know where I can grab a receipt for the £99 annual fee, as it’s tax deductible and I can include with other business expenses? Unlike Amex where they plonk the annual fee on the statement, this fee was debited directly from my bank account and is not showing as part of my billing statement.

Can’t you screenshot the fee from your bank statement and print it as proof you’ve paid it?

If you’re using an accountant, write a note on the statement that is what it is, accountants don’t then generally require a receipt.
