I know it was mentioned before but whats the longest someone has had to wait for points to post when they are due more than 100k in a month
Hilton points have not posted for the last 3 statements for me (over 100k) so still waiting for a resolution from Barclays
Anyone else having problems trying to log into the credit card account online? I get a message saying:
Sorry, there’s been a problem with our system.
We’re currently unable to log you in.Please try again later.
I can access the account using the app but I want to download my latest statement to my PC and downloading from the app doesn’t work!

Month before last was the last time I earned over 100k, but they posted fine (the >100k amounts posted very late though).
Longest delay for me has been around 3 weeks after the <100k amount posted as normal.

I too have Febuary’s deposit but not had January, telephone team unless and now engaging with barclaycard and Hilton Honours via twitter.

I spoke to Barclaycard who phoned Hilton Honors while I was on the phone. I was asked to wait another 2 weeks and if they don’t post phone Hilton Honors. I am not sure this is going to go well as I am concerned Honors won’t even know about the points they should have posted. Put in my calendar to call.

I phoned Barclaycard a week or so ago; it took me about 30 mins to persuade the person there that I was not talking about missing points from a stay.
Finally got them to understand and was told that they would get someone to add points manually – please hold while I do this. Came off hold 15 mins later with the message that I have to wait the specified 6 weeks before they will investigate, but they confirmed that something had gone wrong.Is everyone waiting for over 100k points for January or lower amounts?

I am still waiting for January but am hesitant to call as last time to reset my card took a week with their phone system kicking me off

I am waiting for a little over 20k points from January’s statement run. Had Febuary too, they must be aware of this issue but seem to be dawdling towards a resolution.
I suspect there is a person or small team managing this, perhaps Rob would have some influence in this area if he manages to read this, if anyone manages to get it sorted please update us if possible thanks
not received any hilton points from barclaycard since my October statement , i have called , emailed , letter in mail etc and not resolved and these are for under 50k points
How do you e-mail Barclaycard? I have not seen the link on the website for months.
I have tried phoning several times today, and just get messed about after waiting for 30-40 minutes to speak to someone. I have been put through to Hilton Honors, even after specifically asking them not to. I have been told to talk to Freedom Rewards, but so far two of their people say it is nothing to do with them. They promise to put you straight through to a person, rather than being at the back of the queue, but they do not do that.The messages keep saying how it is so much easier to use the !App!, so I downloaded this onto an Android phone. No idea if it is the right app or not. It asks for an e-mail address and a password. I do not have a Barclaycard password associated with the e-mail address – no reason why anyone would? Still, I enter the e-mail address that Barclaycard have for me and click on forgot password. They say they will send me a password reset link, but they do not.
Surely there must be some way of actually talking to someone in the organisation that knows what they are doing?

I tried chat and they said they can’t deal with missing Hilton points, only way is to call, the number for the Barclays Hilton team is 0333 202 1145 (google confirms). I can’t be bothered as only I was only 100 points short.
Failing that make a formal written complaint and eventually the complaints team will sort it out.
Telling you to phone 0333 202 1145 and saying that it is the Barclays Hilton team is just fobbing you off – that is the number on the Barcvlaycard website, on the statement and on the card. It is just the general CS number. There used to be a complaints number – 0800 056 3336, but that now just seems to join the general queue. 0800 161 5300 is supposedly for technical help with online services, I tried that to see if they could solve my problem after downloading the app, but again, I just seemed to be in the general CS queue.
I see that Resolver have an online portal which they say will e-mail Barclaycard. I might try that. And I found (or rather duckDuckGo did) the following assessment of Barclaycard CS from Trustpilot – Excellent 7% Great 1% Average < 1% Poor 3% Bad 88%.
Seems an official complaint maybe the only way to get this looked at, their phone lines are useless it took me a week to unblock the card due to being cut off and told to use the app etc which took 24hrs to get a reply that was useless
I suspect that you are correct.
Looking back through my files, I am reminded that I got 3 sets of £25 compensation from them when they messed up just a small number
of Hilton Points. Inflation takes that to 3x£27.50, and I am sure that there should be an uplift for the number of points involved too…

FYI: Seems if you raise a complaint and don’t accept their initial answer of contacting Hilton direct then it is put through to someone who can actually speak to the correct people who know about how the points processing works and are able to resolve it
