Two months now missed. I was fobbed off on chat on the Barclaycard App saying it will take up to 6 weeks to post. I am now making a complaint on the phone. This is becoming a pain to keep checking and contacting Barclaycard.
Call 0333 2021145 (option 1), as I did last night and they will raise a ticket for the missing points to be applied. They are aware of the issue which apparently is on the Barclaycard end. I was told that my missing points from July will be applied within the next 7 days.
I did call and was put through to an Indian call centre. They asked me to send my credit card statements to Hilton Honros. I refused and said I was shocked they would ask me to do that. After repeated attempts to raise a complaint and responses being we will look at your “concern” I asked the call to eb esclated. I was told that this wan’t possible. Iphoned again and got a surprised rep who said there wasnt a complaint team and every member of the team wherever in theorkd could raise a compliant. Complint raised, £25 paid as a gesture of good will, and someone is meant to call back to confimr the issue is resolved. This took over an hour and was extermely frustrating. My July points have appeared but June is still missing.
In future just use the app and their messaging system, no need to phone, just be insistent on raising a complaint.
I had similar issues last time with the App chat. I think it depends who and where in the world the Barclaycard rep is.
does anyone know how the barclaycard and hilton accounts are linked together? I have been trying for about a year to get to the bottom of this. Had about 300k spend on barclaycard over past year. No points ever appeared anywhere. Nobody can help. No one at barclaycard or hilton know the process.
When did you get the card, it’s been closed to new applicants for about 4 years IIRC? Have you had no points the whole time you’ve had it?

Someone at Barclaycard does know but getting through to them is not an easy process.
Have you raised a formal complaint and escalated to the FOS?

Officially they do know the process. I have been told that it was re-vamped in June this year. But it is still not right, as the re-vamp caused a number of us not to be the points issued in June.
My HH app is showing 0 points transferred from HH Visa last month – has anyone else had this? They’ve been late before but never appeared as 0!

I haven’t had 0 points transferred but the points don’t get transferred now until around the 2nd of the following month apparently, and this has been true for me over the last 2 months.

I was told over the phone from a Barclaycard Complaint Handler that following a “reconfiguring of the Hilton Honors system”, points will now be awarded early in the month following the award: ie July points arrive in August and August points in September. Both months points actually arrived on 2nd of the month.
I have been expecting them to be later this month, because 1/10 and 2/10 were a Sat + a Sun, which presumably delays batch data runs.

Apologies I meant the points due to post in October (ie from the September statement) – I knew what I meant but clearly no one else did 🙂
Has anyone had November’s points post yet? I just checked today and nothing showing. So much for posting by 2nd of each month. Also spent over £10k on the card this year so should have been upgraded to Gold but that’s not showing either.
Not yet, but I’m sure they’ll arrive in the coming days. Last month they posted on the 4th.
recently it seems to be the first Tuesday of the month, so lookout for them tomorrow, or Wednesday morning (presumably after US has wrapped up for the day)
Mine not arrived either. DMed them on twitter yesterday and they “looked into the matter” but later repeated the trope that “points can take 4-6 weeks” which whilst could be true has not been the pattern ever in the 10+ years I have had the card.
I only spend on this card about every 6 months to keep it alive and/or not getting Barclaycard to reduce the Credit Limit.

It’s a Barclaycard issue , not a Hilton problem.
Same issue, for the first time in all the years I’ve had it, I’ve not had my points post at all this month (November’s points) – usually 24th, moved to around 2nd of next month a few months back, we’re now on 13/12 and nothing.
Luckily it’s only 16 points from last month, I’ve largely swapped to the US Amex Aspire card for Hilton, but have a bit of an attachment to this one and want to keep it, but if it’s going to be a hassle to receive points then I may as well finally bin it and restart the clock for the Avios card.
