Hilton rolling out ‘keep your Diamond status with 1 stay’

Does anyone know if Hilton will offer ‘keep your Diamond status with 1 stay’ early next year?

There’s no real logic to them doing so – when it was done last time a lot of people still weren’t travelling fully due to covid so there was some reason behind it.

The only way I could see it happening is if Hilton ends the year with fewer Diamond members than it thinks it wants (although shrinking the numbers would benefit those who did the nights) and decides to entice some back.
