-
I hope BA will resolve the issues with the new website and booking process, but in the meantime, does anyone know a way to make the old version appear by default? At the moment, it seems to appear intermittently, and I haven’t figured out what determines which version is shown.
Old booking interface: https://www.britishairways.com/content/flights
And just in case anyone wants to compare 🙂
New booking interface: https://www.britishairways.com/nx/b/en/gb/

Sorry No – it redirects to where it decides to redirect to, doesn’t matter where you start. If it decides to subsequently redirect you to the new pages I don’t think you can intervene, or at least that is what much more knowledgeable people than me have previously advised.
Fluke or not, it worked for me. Thank you.
Try using firefox, or a browser without prior cookies. Or private mode.
I want to book a semi flex ticket, its available on the mobile version but wont let me put in an evoucher but I cant access a semi flex ticket in the app or in firefox on the old link to where I can put the evoucher in.
I wish I could get paid to sign this nonsense off.
After logging in and getting the new NX garbage, which just doesn’t work, use the following link to get to the old site:
https://www.britishairways.com/travel/myaccount/execclub/_gf/en_gb/home
I also found switching from UK/English to USA/English (in the top rigt-hand corner) will get you to the old site.
I wish I could get paid to purge the whole BA IT operation – in-house and sub-contractors – I have a large pile of P45s ready to go.
From Chrome, but not Firefox, even the (old) Exec Club links are getting redirected this morning – AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH.
There’s a nice new Exec Club interface coming soon to a device near you! (and yes it still shows the bookings and other details from the account you logged in to previously if you dare to try and switch logins without resetting or blocking the relevant cookies).
Try clicking through from google flights
Always. ALWAYS triple check your pricing before booking. New vs old website has massive problems with pricing.
I already reported that to BA but they haven’t yet come back to me.e.g
Return Flights to Rome. Same dates, hours, class New site is £115 more expensive than the old one
Return Flights to NYC, same dates, hours, class. New site is more than £1200 more expensive than the old one!!!Seat selection is also buggy with the new style of bookings. For example, can’t select the upper deck CW seats on an A380.
