The title sums it up really.
Went to check on the status of our missing points claim. They’re showing as rejected.
Neither of us have received any confirmation email or anything.
Where do we go from here? We still have the boarding passes…

Same thing justhappened to me and a colleague. Have had no email either.
Has anyone made an progress with this please – I have the same problem. What is the point of paying the amex fee, giving BA holidays our loyalty only to find that the tier & flight points have been rejected, no email no explanation !
Same problem here too for a flight in Early February. I’ve resubmitted it on two occasions, only to see that it’s been rejected without any email being sent. I’ve spent more hours this year chasing avios and tier points and rescheduling cancelled bookings than I have spent actually flying!
